Our Project Managers are members of client service teams within Quadax’s reimbursement support line of business, and will lead projects that support the strategic revenue cycle management of our clients. Projects may be technical in nature, such as client implementations, data integrations, and software releases, and requires the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and IT. This position works directly with all position levels at Quadax and our clients, including management and executive levels, and much interaction with multiple internal support teams, all in a team-based environment.


  • Manage mid- to large-scale projects from requirements gathering through post-implementation.
  • Lead project meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop projects plans, Gantt charts, status reports, and other tools to communicate and manage projects.
  • Define project success metrics, develop reports, and perform analysis to measure the success of project milestones and implementations.
  • Ensure priority alignment with the Product and IT teams to meet project deadlines. Communicate misalignments and other issues to the project sponsor.
  • With the project team, actively troubleshoot issues as they arise during a project. Requires the ability to interpret data formats, such as HL7 and JSON, to resolve data integration problems.
  • Deliver on-time project results with the support of project sponsors.
  • As a member of a client service team, assist the Account Executive with the account management activities, such as managing tasks lists and researching client requests.


  • Four-year or advanced college degree in business, information technology or another related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in client service and/or software support.
  • Detail-oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management and medical billing is preferred.
