Overview

The EDI Transmissions team supports the external communications with payers and clients.  It is critical to the Claims Management process, which makes Quadax a leader in the Revenue Cycle Management software and services segment.  Come join our growing team, which supports these critical processes.  This position is a unique mix of transmissions technical knowledge, programming skills and client focused support. Open to employees only in: OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, TN, GA, AL, FL, TX, MO, SC, SD, NC, and NE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications for transmitting data to and from payers and clients.
  • Develop and maintain the Quadax claim processing system.
  • Develop and maintain Quadax Level Edits for claims.
  • Develop and maintain Sterling Integrator processes and maps.
  • Develop and maintain payer portal automation using Selenium.
  • Manually upload and download files to and from payers that cannot be automated.
  • Monitor the transmission processes that occur each day validating the success or fix and resend failed transmissions.
  • Setup remittance files for downloading and processing.
  • Setup eligibility payers for processing real-time transactions.
  • Support Print and Mail processing.
  • Research client/payer tickets via our Help Desk system.
  • Contact payers to verify a transmission or support a client’s transactions.
  • Research emails and payer web sites for new information related to transmissions.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Programming skills required (C# and VB.net)
  • SQL
  • Knowledge of Sterling Integrator a plus
  • Knowledge of Selenium a plus
  • Knowledge of EDI (ANSI 837, 835, 270/271, etc.) a plus
  • Willing to learn and adapt to industry/technology changes
  • Strong problem solving skills
